Shipping Policy

In stock factory door continuation kits will go through production and be shipped within 1-3 business days.

If the continuation kit that you are ordering is not in stock, it will go through production and be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Custom designed kits will be set up through our Design Department. This process may take a few days, depending on the volume of designs in the queue and the time it takes to complete and approve the rendering between Design Specialist and customer. It will then go through production and be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Standard Ground Shipping

Orders being shipped in the U.S. using the Standard Ground method will take anywhere from 1-5 business days once your order leaves our warehouse.

Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for the item(s) ordered. The merchandise must be unopened, unused, or unaltered in any way and must be in tact. Proline Wraps will not accept any returns without an approved RMA number. Please contact us via email for an approved RMA number at: orders@prolinewraps.com, and include your first and last name and invoice number. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for refunds and processing time.
