Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for the item(s) ordered.

Proline Wraps will not accept any returns without an approved RMA number. A refund will be remitted via credit card or company check for the merchandise amount minus 20% restocking fee.

Contact us via email for an approved RMA number at: orders@prolinewraps.com, and include your first and last name and invoice number. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for refunds and processing time.

Our Returns Department inspects each and every product that is returned.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:

-Obvious Wear and Tear –scratches, dents, water damage, or any abuse to merchandise

-Tears or holes in material

-Any and all size adjustments for custom products –stretching and cuts

-Products that have been used, custom fit and/or altered in any way

-Dirt, Sand, Sun, Water damage

-Protective packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any matter, or is absent upon return

-Any missing pieces in the supply kits

*Custom Designs- All design and artwork fees are Non-Refundable.

*All deposits are Non-Refundable. Deposits can be used as store credit towards future purchases. Deposits are transferable to other customers.

*Customized orders are Final Sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
